“Servico” respects the privacy of every user. Therefore, we have prepared these Privacy Policy Rules, which set out how we will manage and use the personal information you provide to us. By entering into an agreement with us or assuming contractual obligations, and by logging in to and using www.servico.lt and mano.servico.lt (hereinafter the “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Rules.
General Provisions
These Privacy Policy Rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) set out the terms and procedure for using the Website, as well as the main principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data, in accordance with which the personal data controller and the operator of the Website, UAB “Servico” (hereinafter “Servico”), processes the personal data of its customers and Website visitors (hereinafter the “User”).
All Website visitors—by entering into an agreement with us or assuming contractual obligations, and by logging in to and/or using the Website—confirm that they have properly familiarised themselves with the Rules and agree that Servico may process the information provided by Users (including personal data) to the extent necessary to provide Servico services, administer the Website, and ensure its operation.
We may need to update this privacy and cookie policy; therefore, Servico reserves the right to review and amend these Privacy Policy Rules at any time. If we make material changes to these Rules, we will inform you by publishing a notice on our Website. Amendments enter into force immediately upon publication. It is the User’s responsibility to monitor and review amendments to the Privacy Policy Rules. If, after the Rules are amended or supplemented, the User continues to use Servico and the Website services, it shall be deemed that the User agrees to the new version of the Rules.
Terms used in these Rules shall be understood as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).
Terms of Use and Services Provided
When using the Website, the User assumes full responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the data provided while using the Website. By submitting, editing, or otherwise processing data (including their own and/or other data subjects’ personal data) on the Website, the User confirms that they have the right to process such data and assumes full responsibility for any losses that may arise for Servico and/or third parties as a result of unlawful processing of such data.
If the data and/or other related information provided by the User on the Website changes, the User undertakes to update (supplement) their data on the Website without delay, but no later than within 10 (ten) business days.
If Servico has doubts regarding the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, Servico may suspend the processing operations of such personal data, verify the data, and correct it. Upon correcting the User’s data, Servico informs the User by way of a notification.
Servico has the right to modify and expand the functionality of the Website and to send the User informational notices regarding changes to the conditions for providing self-service functions, as well as other information related to the Website or Servico’s activities that the User should be aware of.
Servico does not undertake to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Website, as its operation may be affected by factors beyond Servico’s control; however, Servico undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the smoothest possible operation of the Website. In all cases, Servico shall not be liable for consequences arising from the aforementioned disruptions to the Website’s operation.

We collect and process the personal data of visitors to our Website in accordance with these Rules, the requirements established by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the processing and protection of personal data.

- Provision of services(name, surname, personal identification number, address, telephone number, email address, meter data/readings, and other property-related data) – we process personal data to ensure proper conclusion and performance of contracts with customers, provision of services or goods to customers under contracts, including properly informing the customer on matters related to goods, services, and the contract, on the basis of the contract and/or legal requirements.
- Administration of payments/settlements(name, surname, personal identification number, address, telephone number, email address, meter data/readings, and other property-related data) – we process personal data related to payment for the provided Services, on the basis of the contract and legal requirements.
- Handling submitted questions(name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, meter data/readings, and other property-related data) – we process personal data to examine and resolve submitted questions, complaints, and requests, on the basis of the contract, consent, and/or legal requirements.
- Direct marketing(name, surname, address, telephone number, email address) – we process personal data for the purpose of providing offers and news about the services provided and information about events, on the basis of the data subject’s consent. You may consent or refuse consent to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by confirming your voluntary decision by ticking the relevant box (or using another indicated option).
In all cases mentioned above, we process your personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant clearly defined and lawful purposes, taking into account personal data protection requirements.
Your Right to Change Your Personal Data
You have the right at any time to access, update, and change your personal data. You may do so via www.servico.lt and mano.servico.lt, by contacting Servico by email at [email protected], in writing at Naugarduko g. 98, Vilnius 03160, or by arriving at our registered office and presenting a personal identity document to Servico.
You have the right to:
- contact Servico with a request to provide information about your personal data processed by Servico;
- contact Servico with a request to rectify your personal data and/or suspend personal data processing operations (except storage), where, after reviewing your personal data, you determine that the data is inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect;
- contact Servico with a request to destroy personal data or suspend personal data processing operations (except storage), where, after reviewing your personal data, you determine that personal data is processed unlawfully or unfairly;
- object to the processing of your personal data where such data is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, or on the basis of the legitimate interests pursued by Servico or by a third party to whom personal data is provided.
Personal data must be accurate, appropriate, and only of the scope necessary for its collection and further processing. Where required for processing, personal data is updated on an ongoing basis.
Duration of Personal Data Processing
We will store and use your personal data for no longer than 10 (ten) years in order to provide you with our services, implement the purposes of personal data processing, and to enable us to fulfil our contractual obligations or resolve disputes that arise.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We will disclose your personal data to third parties only in the ways described in these Rules.
We may provide limited personal data to third parties with whom we cooperate in the course of our business activities—for example, when fulfilling your order, eliminating a fault, or collecting outstanding debts.
